IMO, all the sells you see are from NIR to the market makers. The MM's are getting the shares below .0001 and selling them to shareholders @.0002. NIR is given the shares for a discount to the lowest share price from CYBL. The MM's only have to sell a percentage of the shares to break even. It's the only way the $ works out when there are billions of shares dumped to the MM's and not enough buyers. Calculated risk for the MM's, they have to make a buck. They'll also force a PR pump, when their shares aren't moving out.
