As you are all probably aware life doesn't always present itself clearly. When we got involved with this case, while our evidence seemed black and white, the case isn't so clear. While I have many, many years of experience, this may be an experience I was not quite prepared for. Taking on the gov't is similar then David vs. Goliath, difference is David had a good stone bed to pick from and while Goliath was big, he was also stupid. Well this Goliath ain't so stupid, matter of fact, they are pretty sharp when it comes to playing scams like this. While this doesn't look too expeditious at this time, I must forge ahead, after all I have some money to chew up and I must account for my time. At a recent luncheon with an opposing attorney (darn lunch was good along with that $500 bottle of wine - good thing someone is picking up the tab, lol) we laughed, I mean discussed this albatross of a case and said just like old times, let's see how long we can milk, I mean extend the case and just how desperate, I mean committed shareholders are towards trying to prove this fictional case. Finally I figured I would use the World Reports as a dropback to our case, I really love Christopher Story, he's right up there with Thomas Clancy.
As for plaintiffs spreading bad rumors, they were told to be quiet so quite honestly, they have been lying through their teeth (usually a sign of desperation). Unless I say it, and right now I ain't saying nothing, it's all FALSE. Stay tuned for the next update and if you get bored and want your curiosity satisfied, just read the boards or go to Paltalk, they are great at keeping the heat off me and filling your heads full of wishful thinking.
