Z-Man15, you might consider re-reading the 2/24 PR again: "The company will initiate a common share buyback program using a percentage of both future revenues and financing options to purchase up to 50 percent of its outstanding "public float"

It clearly states: "up to 50% of the public float" - IMO, this is worded very cleverly to give the impression that 50% of the float will be bought back. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT BEDERRA IS GUARANTEEING A 50% BUYBACK - for all we know, Bederra possibly hasn't initiated any buyback yet.
