David McQueen says he never accepted the board position either. He was shocked to learn his name was in the 8-K and wants it removed.

Tom - just another miscommunication?

Tom Mills, who says he is a former company president, confirmed he met Pocklington while the ex-Edmontonian was doing due diligence checking out the company Wednesday in Las Vegas. Mills was there in an advisory role.

"I'm absolutely shocked that (Pocklington) did not accept the position," Mills said Saturday.

Mills had no idea how the miscommunication could have happened. "I find that odd."
