My friend Frank from New York called me.....he had just received a return call from Kevin West (you have to call Frizzies office....leave a message....and Kevin hopefully will return the call). Kevin said that they are in litigation with Ed Koch...

Now why on earth would they want to sue the former Mayor of New York?
