I believe the date of May 27, 2000 for the preferred stock is a typo in the filing. It should have been May 27th 2009 (which would make sense given the timeframe of the report). Thresher could not have issued preferred stock in 2000 because they were not incorporated until December 19, 2005. So they most likely issued them last Spring... this is something that can be asked on the CC this week.
