1,000,000 preferred shares have miraculously appeared at pinksheets on feb 22nd 2010 . Every company disclosure up until then stated "No preferred shares authorized" even DE corporations told me only commons authorized. These newly posted preferreds were supposedly issued in 2000 ?
"Thresher Industries, Inc. on May 27, 2000 authorized and issued 1,000,000 preferred stock to members of the board of directors."

I expect a PR next week stating the A/S were increased on 3/16/2010 , per DE corporations . To accomadate the conversion of preferreds for the big "buyout". Or that the deal is cancelled because its not in the best interest of the preferreds. Just like eworldcompanies did with "zouvas&applbaum" in their scam. IMO
