No amount of hope will ever make this anything other than a total scam.
It is one thing to have realistic hope and quite another to desperately cling to a delusion that this, one of the more obvious and, for that matter, well documented, penny stock scams of all time is actually some major government sting with huge amounts of money held in trust. Do you have any idea just how crazy these theories are?
I would love to be in the court room when/if Hodges' kooky lawsuit ever sees the light of day. I wonder if the judge will be able to refrain from cracking up?

Come to think of it, if your retirement plan were based upon the fact that you hope to win the Powerball, at least there would actually be a 1 in 100,000,000 chance that your hope could be rewarded; and somebody actually wins the lottery every week.
Hoping that CMKX will turn out to anything other than the utter and complete scam that it is is, however, much akin to hoping that dodo bird flies over your house and drops a bag full of Leowanta's billions in your lap.
