There are three issues that need to be considered seperately:

1- Was WAMU taken wrongly by the F.D.I.C. and wrongly given to JPM?

2-What is an impartial valuation of the assets of WAMU pre seizure and today?

3-Will any settlement, offered or accepted by all parties, be acceptable as "doing equity" (doing right) by the honorable judge?
