Why do people scam in the first place? Greed. Hesg is in play with Medical Marijuana Inc. and the The Healing Center (THC). MJNA has the media pronounced, "King of Pot" Bruce Perlowin and he has consulted with Tom to guide his decisions according to the Billion Dollar Marijuana Industry. Then THC sold rights to HESG to run the Livingston, Montana dispensary as the first "public collective". In addition, if they have been doing nothing then someone will save this company. HESG is a legal entity and not Tom and Frank. Trust me, I know you want to believe ALL penny stocks are scams but the profit motive and opportunity weighs a lot more with the actual profits from marijuana. Tom has the deck in his favor and he may pull the MM's card to watch the house fall down.
Maybe write a new book called "How Marijuana Saved the US Economy". Here is some starting research.
