eternalist...if we are to await a judge or jury to make our "scam"
determinations, I can assure you we will have lost our last
pennies in our delay. At this stage, I believe that deepman or
I could list many more indications of scam than you can of legitimacy. Come April l, if the Montana deal is not finalized,
can you give me even one sign of legitimacy or of any business
of any sort? The SP seems to back up deepman's view more than
yours. The purpose of good DD is, in part, to eliminate of
scams and not to await the SEC 's determination or a court of
law. Red flags abound here and the posters deal with buy/sell
ratios restrictions, SHO lists, etc. That crap is a friggin joke
if all the while you are being scammed. Figure out the scam part
first and then worry about buy/sell crap.
