I'm pretty sure that about everyone was surprised that Lois stayed at CTBG when Dial moved to Conroe. It was pretty obvious it wasn't an amicable parting. It was also obvious Lois was in the Dial camp. After all they were neighbors before Dial got involved with Jarvis.

I feel sure she was left there to keep Swinford in line. There were some pretty strong rumors that Lois bought herself a car with CTBG funds and issued he self and Nick CTBG shares. I was told that when Ed Leonard confronted Nick about it, Nick told him to fagidaboudit.

It wasn't long after I heard the above that Leonard was mugged and his laptop grabbed. The Texas Monthly story told about Nick being involved with the mugging.

Bad, bad, dirty people.
