Plus, Vince is still being questioned for wire fraud and scamming people on EBAY using multiple aliases.

The Pennsylvania DOJ office had their nuts in a vice recently. They allowed two penny stock scammers to act as whistleblowers in their case against Medco. The PA DOJ Office made arrangements for these scammers to pay back taxes and avoid tax fraud charges in exchange for testimony against Medco.

The same office that allowed Vince to skate on stock fraud charges because they felt his other pending charges were more important.
