Well thats good, with some of the others there was a hard time finding info. Still, means nothing until close happens, then they must build things up dramaticly within the first year as they said they would.

It may be harder without the RS up front, Im sort of on the fence with that. How much dilution for aquisitions will be key, and then how will the RS translate in the new shares? Will it be the same old RS proposed, or will it be ammended. My guess is it will be ammended and that will keep many on the sidelines until the finalization is known. And where will the growth ocurr, before or after the RS? I was quite willing to hold for a year past close, but that was with the RS up front. This thing may lag until the RS is done and revenues start appearing. Just dont know.

Anyways, just my thoughts, many things could happen yet.
