I had a brief, but concentrated conversation with Michelle (IR), on my way home from work today. All things being relative, I asked her if it was Mr. Watson's intention to address the marked decrease in PPS witnessed as of late; along similar lines as would any other CEO at the helm of a public company. Moreover, and in light of recent events and innuendo, I suggested that it might be a fair idea for Mr. Watson to put out some sort of press, (perhaps in the form of an IR update) providing whatever reassurances possible/permissible that the company is not dumping, flipping or otherwise manipulating its common stock any way, shape or form.

We'll see if my advice engenders a response from the company in the near-term:)
