Rabid, if you don't like my responses, you should be talking to your fellow investors who are posting about nothing but buybacks and how the acquisition timing is all related to buybacks and delayed news to get the best price on buybacks.

Shooting my message and accepting theirs without comment implies you buy into those comments. As a company, Delaying news (material event information) to get the best price is illegal and actionable.
