I dont see this PR as Fluff as some are saying, yes parts of it were fluffy but telling us that the plan is to have the DIVY in second quarter is the first time its been mentioned in a long time and gives us a time frame finally. The second quarter is right around the corner. It may have not been the PR we all wanted but it sure wasnt bad enough to make us red
