The exact quote from the Joint Scheduling Report filed jointly by the defense and SEC:
At this time, the parties do not anticipate the appearance of any additional parties in this case.
Since the date of that filing (Feb 11, 2010), Huff has agreed to a plea deal. We haven't yet heard what information, if any, he plans to provide in cooperation in hopes of reducing his sentence.
We do know what happened when Jimenez decided to change his plea. He provided new information that resulted in "additional factual allegations" and amended complaints against the Company and Huff by the SEC. The information Jimenez provided also resulted in criminal charges being leveled against Huff (of which he is now pleading guilty.) Just as in the case against Jimenez, any new evidence that Huff may provide, "may substantially affect the posture of this case."
Regardless, any guilt that Huff admits to in his plea does not bode well for the Company's defense and should aide in the SECs motion for summary judgment
