I have learned to not phased by these people. I dont know how things will turn out, but the offer rosen made just keeps going through my head and ive come to a conclusion.

Some of the splitting of the tax returns that belong to the holding company are not kosher. I think he did this to make an offer that is so far out in left field that anyone looking at it seriously could tell that it was a tool to not only buy time but also help stop the judge from ruling SJ in WMI favor which allows for more time to sweeten the deal. even still if everything i think is true the EC is going to have to get moving to put more pressure on the situation.

It is going to be interesting to see if we see rosen actually submit that turd in writing on the 26th. I am also wondering the timing of the EC filiings and or signing off of the judge to allow the EC to stop what is going on.

you guys think the judge will wait until Rosen submits the bs "settlement" in writing or do you think the EC will be allowed to stop the proposal in its tracks before it is ever filed?

This is one twisted case either way. I hope Venables Kung Fu is stronger than Rosen's lol. I have come to my own personal conclusion. Win or lose my money is staying in wamuq,kq,pq until whatever end we meet. The swings are too crazy and the mm's are playing as always. I am going to give myself a heart attack if i have to much emotion about this. I am staying until we win or lose because i could deal with losing xx,xxx grand , but i would kill myself if i missed out on six to seven figures if the EC comes through and restores full value in pref and a payout to commons.

what are your guys thoughts? I am going to post this on the other wamu board. pm me if you can. thanks.
