PLEASE CHALLENGE THIS LINE OF THINKING

1. EC has already retained a firm to determine true valuation of WMI's assets
2. EC has filed for the right to INTERVENE
3. Motion to intervene has a 30 period for objections
4. Rosen will not object till after 26th of March
5. EC will present valuation data to and TRUSTEE
6. TRUSTEE will INTERVENE before the 26th
7. Judge will grant EC's motion to INTERVENE after objections
8. JPM will need to come forward with new offers based on valuation
9. If offers are inadequate then JUDGE will send this to arbitration
