Well folks, "things" happen in business. New developments, talks, appointments, promises, broken promises, delays, project overruns, un-returned calls, etc. etc., late nights, holiday parties, etc. etc., proprietary information, lender/s / investor/s demands, etc. etc. --- All these 'things' happen and must be considered when it comes to issuing a Press Release for a publicly traded company.
