But they're certainly diluting, big time.

How so?

Well, a goodly amount of the A/S are going to become O/S in order for this acquisition to happen because there isn't ANY money available to change hands.

Even with a nothing business like TMH/Basic Solutions, their owners can hold Graham at gunpoint for a massive amount of shares
They KNOW he is desperate ... real desperate.

At this point, it is all smoke-n-mirrors on Graham's part.
