I have to say after reading the World Reports on Cottrell's situation, I don't find it hard to believe. PA( Pennsylvania, where I live) is very puritanical, yet corrupt in a very bumpkin way. However, Scranton, Avoca and the mining regions there were controlled by Russell Bufalino of the mob. Most recently we had a casino purchased by Louis DeNaples... a license costs $50 million, just for the license, who eventually was investigated for a mob crime in the 70's. He was ratted on by a fellow mob guy serving time. However, he was a huge contributor to Gov Rendell... so they worked out a deal.. The family retains the casino..

This story is not hard to believe..If this is the reason, we are being held up, we need to direct our venom and anger at these people in PA. This would have been a last ditch effort by whomever wants our money... sabotage it right as we are to receive it..and blame it on Cottrell... Everything would have looked legit...hey, we sent the money and this crook was an officer. This way the government looks clean...

So I guess we can assume from this, if we are to believe it, is that Michael Cottrell is the trustee/distributor of our monies, which will be held at a securities account with Morgan Stanley & Co., New York, NY
