But it's NOT illegal to withhold information such as "we closed our clinic AND imaging center" ... which BEDA did for over one week last November.
I guess they needed time to let their friend & family sell before the big drop in PPS that the news ultimately created.

Sad part about it was ... BEDA probably would have kept that development under wraps much longer had a SHer not accidently discovered it and blew the whistle.
