Just a few points -

1) With super-sub-penny Pink Sheet stocks (like DMXP), it pays to be skeptical.

2) As to the financing issue, the question is not "does anyone have any concrete information that financing will not happen?" The correct, and more prudent, question is "does anyone have any concrete information that financing WILL or DID happen?"

3) Regarding the stock price, it has been posted previously that "they are running a business and they will continue on their way with or without shareholders concerns for stock price." Well, from where I sit, they damn well SHOULD be concerned about shareholder concerns about the stock price. Sure, we shareholders cannot "vote out" the board of directors, since this is a non-reporting company; but, if positive news does not materialize in the not-too-distant future, the only thing we'll see quickly heading toward the exits are elbows and assholes. In other words, a stampede toward the exits, pushing this baby to even lower sub-penny levels. Such action would bode very poorly for a start-up company like DMXP in terms of credibility in the marketplace and future financing.
