I have the continuations patents that have been issued. There are several more that have not been issued. We will see if they will be issued in time for the deadline.

The fact that Merritt talked about it in the last conference call tells me that there have been such discussions within the IDCC legal team. I know it was an answer to a question but Merritt had the answer and he was very precise in his answer.

Extensions are routinely given. Nokia would like to stretch this out as much as possible.
