I was just thinking he might be trying to get the kick off closer to that point (Nov). That way he could sell some of his shares into the market as mile stones are accomplished KFDA, FDA, china, etc.. Or maybe it might be an ego thing. His invention, but he has to sit on the side lines while everyone else cash's in on his invention. Just running different ideas as to why he might delay.

It would suck to invent something so great as to change the face of the medical community the world over and then to have to sit on the sidelines for a year. lol
