Can't sleep... Keep thinking about this. Still feel sam is stalling for time...for when his share become unrestricted? Don't think this will ever go to court and will be resolved in the next week or so. Doesn't add up that sam would get cold feet and stop the process maybe for a better deal from another company, but then go oh here are some model bioharp's and the blue prints? It took 14 years to develop... it took 2 years to complete the deal... sams MO is that he moves s-l-o-w. So thank you Paul for kicking his rear quarters and saying lets get the lead out and MOVE IT!
