Until dilution stops, don't buy this stock as it's going much lower. They have added close to 380 million to O/S since end of Jan. There is no end here and zero revenue reported by the company since 2008.

Just review all the recent PR's and you'll see that all they have is LOI, and estimated revenue but never mention actual barrels of oil that are produced. Total scam here until they have a PR that has some teeth.
