will be key around here, will acdu file their financials due March 31 or may there be delays .
Once the filings are done they can file registration papers and get this divy process rolling

These guys are sitting on a ton of news

They have released 1 or 2 nr,s end of 2009 weekly and as of late they have been quit waiting for all the ducks to line up
