Would all these restricted shares be in the total shares that are listed in the 1 billion total? I would think so?

I do agree though, when they were in the form of a certificate that were not on deposit with an institution, they weren't so liquid. If a number of folks start cashing them in, or at least have them ready to be traded, it lends to more potential shares that were thought to be worthless. Some of those folks might be happy to strike while the fire is hot and collect?

Let's see what next week brings. This is getting interesting.
