facts are facts, and they are the single best way to make decisions...however, in the event of the absence facts (or at least the presumed absence of facts)one can still make educated decisions and safe assumptions. case in point:
sept 09 unaudited financials showed a profit, but if you take out the expected gains from the closure of some European operations it would have been a loss. now, how can a company that is not profitable land at least three (i say at least because that's all they've pr'd so far) contracts to provide goods and services to billion dollar companies? hmmm...that's a good question.
now, if you've done a little reading you would understand that the financials released in september were only for the nj office (how's that for a fact???) and if you spent two minutes on their website you know that the sales office is in texas (dang it, another fact...). now, most people that knew all of that could infer that the sales office (or in this case A SUBSIDIARY OF THE PARENT COMPANY) is booking most, or all, of the revenue. see how i made that inference even though there has been no sec filing and no pr stating that the sales office was in fact a sub? i've even called them and asked if they were a subsidiary of the cape systems group in nj, and was told that they are by somebody that works there. i guess that's hearsay, but when it is factored into the other facts, again, i've been able to make a logical and safe assumption.
here's another piece of hearsay for everybody...there are countless facts available on this company. verifiable, indisputable facts. you just have to go look at them. there are many informative sec filings ( i believe one poster even found the dates of them and very proudly has posted them numerous times and continually references that post on the board). there are also countless facts about cape's products being used WORLDWIDE.
no revenues??? THAT is hearsay. the FACTS prove otherwise.
