Actually, motives dictate my statements.

Still, tell me where the 'assets' are deployed.
As this technology has advanced rapidly in recent years, it would be nice to peek at the models and age of their equipment.
Old, old machines & vans wouldn't make a real positive statement towards this acquisitions presence in this field.

But, having spoken with the gentleman who is at the helm of Basic Solutions (the only thing TMH has of any value), I assure you this acquisition is mainly about his talents.

Looking at the shambles they find themselves in, BEDA has a very desperate need for the PRs associated with this deal.
Unfortunately, the only substance here is one guys dedication to his elderly Mother.

If it weren't for the fact that Graham is such a miserable and repetitive business failure, this might be a HOT LONG.
