Ah yes, the coveted "do some DD" retort. Good one, blademan. I have done some of my own investigating. And I have found that there are very sketchy details on this company and even less on its "subsidiaries".

Don't you find it odd that they're trying to acquire a company that generates revenue when they themselves have no revenue?

That's a great business model: "Hmmm...we can't make any money. Let's buy a company that can!"
