IMO They will announce global settlement agreement today.
We did not live and die WaMu this long to postulate anything less than that justice shall prevail (by threat of judicial wrath, if necessary). The announcement last week was apparently not enough for some, and neither were the billings that shouted GLOBAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. No one should fear expressing optimism for the near future that it may jinx their hopes of recovery... ALL OF OUR DUE DILIGENCE HAS LED TO THIS DAY!

If my belief about today's outcome is wrong, then it will be dismissed with the thousand other such opinions on this Board; opinions that I have always given credence and equal weight, supported by my own DD for the benefit of everyone here.

But if the few are correct, then today will be venerated for the rest of our lives!
