Lets be real gentlemen we have all been here time and time again... we know it is a pipe dream to think settlement is tomorrow. With the new, unexpected, court docs all of us need to realize that at best a SJ decision MAY be rulled on by the judge. I at this point just have that same old feeling again that the lawyers will ask for some type of extension or will have a way to beat around the bush courtroom style to make all of the parties agree on another extension or motion or something that the judge will approve of...DEEP SIGH... I had my hopes up all week but I need to seriously get a life. Simply pute you nd I know something unexpected will happen and once again we will be waiting!!!!!!!!!! If something eventfull like SJ does happen that will be the true shock of this whole 2 year ordeal ... AIMO!

Don't let me get you guys down I know I have shown my true feeling on these types of situations time and time again but I really do not have faith on this one, however last time I said that about the EC being formed it was so maybe in fact my pesimisim is luck incarnate!! :)
