Quick Summary:

OEM business:

DELL relationship continues to grow; coming out w/ new platforms with new security features

Shipping in 30 different language on worldwide basis

Signed distribution agreement w/ HP; products available across HP line; have closed contacts w/ HP customers; Goal in 2010 is to bundle directly w/ HP platforms; Hopefully customer demand will drive requirement

Acer now offering ERAS; still expanding relationship

Lenovo – Continue relationship;

Intel – Bundled with their motherboards


Upgrade Business:

$5.7 Million deal w/ auto manufacturer (cash flow positive in Q4); installation has gone well, but required significant resources; customer is pleased with the support that they received

Other large customers: Mazda, Vega Deutschland
Brought on number of new large accounts

Laptops w/ SED: have gone from 1 to 2%; hope to see at 5% by the end of the year.

Competition: mostly only software FDE; have enormous advantage being built-in. Wave’s software has to be first deleted if buy SED with Wave.

Government: Signed new contract for 1.6 Million dollar deal.
See broad based adoption of TC base for DOD and government. Wave has tremendous opportunity there. Need for machine ID, core root of trust for trusted execution (HAP). Many forces coming together: Intel’s TXT, TPM,

Will see significant tangible process this year. The adoption of the tech is going well.

Will launch next version of serve by 4/1/2010. Meets opon ID specs. Government is agreeing for 3rd party credentialing services to log into government websites.

Provides very secure logon; will have no pw’s. TPM will secure my credentials and automatically log me in. Still beta site. Websites need to promote this.
