would you not buy a stock if Arnold Schwarzenegger told you this was a legitimate company?

Heck no! There have been celebrities involve with stocks before that turned out to be nothing but garbage.

Take UCHB for example. Would you buy the stock solely on the recommendation that Larry Wilcox of "Chips" fame told you he is the CEO of a legitimate company that is all about REVENUE; REVENUE; REVENUE!, but fails to deliver and rants on about "fans" and loyalty. There is so much fishy crap that surrounds that company including the behavior of Wilcox, plus REALLY suspicious PRs. When shareholders ask for details the guy gets extremely paranoid. fishy fishy fishy

Even the SEC trusted these people, had these individuals not been famous I highly doubt the SEC would have been so trustworthy!

The system is based on the honor code. You're not suppose to operate as a printing press to set up a pump and dump scheme. That's the reason they refuse to file financials and the SEC close them down. It didn't matter who they were. End of story.

Having famous people like RG who were experts in the stock market

Famous? Go back and review the old posts. Nobody even knew who Glenn was until Zen hyped him up. If Glenn is famous than what is Jarta's status?

IBAFT: We don’t give a rat’s behind about going
after Urban Casavant, John Edwards, their “cohorts” and
the relatively pitiful $250 million that you state they
misappropriated.
