I don't know that I would say that someone tried to spread lies. I prefer to think they misread a filing canceling a hearing originally scheduled for Monday, 3/15/10.

Then, as always, extreme exuberance took over.

People did not check facts before posting incorrect information.

They saw what they wanted to see.
