if they only offer a settlement to people that show a loss, they are effectively compensating shareholders based on damages and that is not what bankruptsy court is for...that's the criminal court that takes place if there is a failure to settle here. In the bankrupty court, the settlement is awarded to ALL who own a part of the company, that includes post bankrupty shareholders as those shares were purchased freely and legally. IMO
