**I would actually be more suspicious if we didn't see these attacks coming. Why is Starke so obessesed and concerned with Wamu commons shares? Why is an 'analyst' at CNBC even giving a minute to a pink sheet BK stock? Why are all do focused on commons, and never mention preferred? The article yesterday had so many fallacies it was ridiculous.

I go back to Bopfan's post:

I think getting CNBC to comment is an extreme measure. I would not say Starke is 'following' the case - that would entail objective factual reporting. Starke is actively trying to get people to sell out of Wamu commons. JPM is trying to force employees to sell out of Wamu commons.

Why didn't Starke or Cox mention the fact that the UST, a branch of the DOJ, formed an EC?

I can't wait to see what drivel Starke tries to put out today.

It's going to be a wacky ride folks...
