I think they should have the phone number on screen a little longer. I guess I didn't have any pre-conceived ideas what it would be like. Except that it might have been more "techi" oriented?
Normally it doesn't take much to set up a website that can take on-line orders as well. I just called at 8 AM EST / 5 AM PST, and after a couple rings, I did get an answer at the 800 #.
