innovative rotor housing and barrel valves. they don't say if it's ceramic rotor housing. the only ceramic thing mentioned is the apex seals. there are ceramics that are 10 times stronger than the strongest steel. the ceramic apex seals will help solve the Wankel problem which is wear. those seals will keep the 407cc Xboard running for good 3,4, 5 years, you gotta make money from engine replacement... i don't know if this little engine could have better emissions without the help of hydrogen, but they say they have innovative barrel valve design also, and the inhouse tests are well bellow the EPA limits. if the rotor housing has ceramic walls, the engine could last a lifetime. however, if the rotor housing is not ceramic, it'll be exposed to hydrogen embrittlement, i.e wear and tear. the hydrogen will improve the burning for better emissions and HP.hydrogen embrittlement occurs even without the use of extra hydrogen disperced in the engine-using cheap gas or diesel mixed with water(speedway). the mystery is Scott Webber appearing on the team at http://ceramicrotaryengines.com. if all of the above is true, and Scott Webber is the owner of John Deere and Curtis Wright engine patents, and he has tha magic ceramic mix, then ENCOMPASS is ineligable for a foreign aquisition, we know chinese are shopping for bargains. now let's wake up and face the reality...
