Copper King Mining Corporation fka CPRKQ

I'm not sure if I should invest in CPRK. I am still trying to decide if they are legit or not. This financing stuff scares me. What if they don't get the LT financing? There is other mining stocks that I am considering right now. Someone sent me this following message.... It seems you're leaning towards the CPRK copper mine. Let me give you something to think about. Two old prospectors come running from opposite directions. One's yelling Copper, Copper, Copper. The other is yelling Gold, Gold, Gold. Which way do you think the crowd will flock? Simple way to look at it I know but think about it. Los [P.S. Our prospector is probably going to be yelling Gold, Gold, Gold any day now.]
