I could be wrong but isnt it only like 5 billion to pay off P and Ks and another 3 billion to payoff Hs. I mean based on low ball offers there should be more than enough to take care of the classes before commons and still having money left over for commons. Or am I just a complete idiot in thinking that a global settlement would be more than 8 or 9 billion.

I will go back to lurking now!
