Google is a do-it-themselves-or-buy-it kind of company.
While TPM being a part of the Google Netbook is great because it will mainstream the TPM as part of a consumer device, I'm leery of the assumption that Wave would have a Google tie-in in any capacity. Google is very much a bootstraps operation, and if it can't do it by itself, it tends to buy the company/technology they need.
Google does not like to share.
My hope is that Google has to share due to Wave IP or wants to share because of Wave expertise, or both.
