7.9 million convertible notes doesn't necessarily equal 7.9 million shares. In this case each note was equal to a share valued at .09 which could be exchanged for the equivalent number of shares of common stock at market value...

If you do the math, converting .09 shares into mutiples of common stock shares at any of the recent prices, it conveniently works out to requiring a 4B A/S in order to maintain the convertibles under 4.9%...
