Because the company had to cover the convertibles issued 5 years ago (which expired last month and this month), because they were not allowed to exceed 4.9% of the A/S... now that the convertibles are done (assumption), they seem to be reabsorbing the 'excess' (or, allowing DNPI to absorb them at a predetermined price, hence the .0005s seen flying off to neverland)
