I still don't like how Paul had been trying to work this out with Lee for 3 months now. This all came after a 2 year relationship and pursuit of the Bioharp? It shows incompetence of Paul to a certain extent.
If the device doesn't work and Lee just sent non-working ones after the settlement, then it makes me wonder what Paul saw in this product. Seeing as this is unlikely, it makes me wonder what the heck went wrong since the time of the agreement to today's PR.
There is a ton of information that doesn't make any sense and I did not see this coming at all.
Another thing is the whole website situation.

Now I am curious as to whether or not it actually did get rained out, or if Paul set up the timer 2 weeks ahead of time expecting to get assets and then because he didnt receive the assets (meaning he can't post up the new info), covered up his situation with the rain story.
