I think Lee is trying to hold out as long as he can to bring this closer to the time when his shares become unrestricted. That's why we've received a partial amount of the assets. Why give any assets if you've suddenly had a change of heart. Lee's dragging his feet. Probably been sending it piece-meal and finally pissed Paul off to say we want it now or we'll build it ourselves.

I bet we get resolution in the next two weeks imo.
